The operator of ViiTor Translate is Beijing Yunshang Qulv Technology Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.” We fully understand the importance of personal information to you and are committed to protecting the security and reliability of your personal information. We are dedicated to maintaining your trust and adhere to the principles of accountability, clear purpose, consent, minimum necessity, security, user participation, and transparency. We also promise to adopt industry-standard security solutions and appropriate security protection measures to protect your personal information.
Accordingly, we have formulated this Privacy Policy, hereinafter referred to as “this Policy.” This Policy applies to ViiTor Translate and related services.
Before using ViiTor Translate and related services, please carefully read and fully understand this Policy. You should use the relevant products or services only after confirming that you fully understand and agree to this Policy. Once you use ViiTor Translate and related services, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to this Policy. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions regarding this Policy, you may contact us through the contact information provided by ViiTor Translate.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the collection or processing of information by third parties that provide products or services through our products or services, including any third-party websites. Such third-party products and services may include other products or services linked from our products or services. If you use such third-party products and services, including providing any personal information to such third parties, you will be subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of such third parties, rather than this Privacy Policy. Please carefully read the relevant terms and policies of such third parties.
Special Notice: When you use AI-related features in this product, including but not limited to AI speaking practice, AI conversation generation, speech recognition, speech-to-text, speech translation, text translation, image understanding, video translation, content generation, and audio/video processing, we may need to send the personal information necessary to implement such features to third-party AI service providers for processing. Before sending such information, we will fully inform you through pop-ups, page prompts, authorization confirmation windows, or other prominent methods, and will only send the relevant information after obtaining your separate consent. If you refuse authorization, we will not send your relevant personal information to third-party AI service providers, but you may be unable to use the corresponding AI features. This will not affect your use of other non-AI features.

## How Users Can Request Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their personal data collected or processed by ViiTor Translate at any time.
If you want to delete your account data, personal information, or Facebook-related data associated with ViiTor Translate, you can submit a data deletion request through either of the following methods:
1. **In-app request:**
Open the ViiTor Translate app, go to “Profile” or the upper-right avatar settings, then tap “Cancel Account.” You may submit an account cancellation or data deletion request there.
2. **Email request:**
Send an email to contact@ilivedata.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” or “Facebook Data Deletion Request.”
To protect your account security, we may ask you to provide necessary information to verify your identity, such as your registered email address, mobile phone number, user ID, Facebook login method, third-party login method, or other information necessary to confirm account ownership.
After receiving and verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, including Facebook-related data if you used Facebook Login, unless retention is required by applicable laws, regulations, judicial authorities, payment settlement, dispute resolution, security audit, compliance obligations, or other legally necessary purposes.
For Facebook Login users, the data that may be deleted or anonymized includes your Facebook user ID, nickname, avatar, email address, login records, and other account-related personal information collected or generated during your use of ViiTor Translate.
We will provide an initial response within 15 working days after receiving and verifying your request.
You may also remove ViiTor Translate from your Facebook account by following these steps:
1. Go to your Facebook account.
2. Open “Settings & Privacy.”
3. Open “Settings.”
4. Go to “Apps and Websites.”
5. Find “ViiTor Translate.”
6. Click “Remove.”
Please note that removing ViiTor Translate from your Facebook account only revokes our future access to your Facebook account information. It does not automatically delete data already stored on our servers. To delete data stored by ViiTor Translate, please submit a data deletion request using the in-app or email method described above.

6.3 Account Cancellation and Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data collected or processed by ViiTor Translate.
If you no longer use ViiTor Translate, or if you wish to delete your account data, personal information, or third-party login data, you may submit an account cancellation or data deletion request through either of the following methods:
i. **In-app request:** Open the ViiTor Translate app, go to “Profile” or the upper-right avatar settings, then tap “Cancel Account.”
ii. **Email request:** Send an email to contact@ilivedata.com with the subject line “Account Cancellation and Data Deletion Request,” “Data Deletion Request,” or “Facebook Data Deletion Request.”
To protect your account security, we may ask you to verify your identity.
After receiving and verifying your request, we will provide an initial response within 15 working days. Your data will then be deleted or anonymized according to your request and applicable laws, unless retention is required by law, regulations, judicial authorities, or other legally necessary purposes.
If you use AI features, any personal data you submitted or generated may also be deleted or anonymized upon request. Data sent to third-party AI providers with your consent will also be deleted or anonymized where required.
For Facebook Login users, removing the app authorization does not automatically delete data stored on our servers. You must submit a deletion request through the in-app or email method to remove such data.
